Purchasing Sculptures
You can purchase sculptures shown on this Web site directly from Michael.
Authenticity and Edition Size
- All sculptures are signed.
- Bronze, resin, and most cold cast copper sculptures are limited editions, with the number and total edition recorded on the sculpture.
Sculpture Prices
- Shipping and taxes are included for most sculptures destined for the continental US.
- Inquire about additional charges for larger sculptures (indicated with an *) and those destined for locations beyond the continental US.
Sculpture Materials
Many sculptures are available in different materials, which vary in characteristics and price:
- Hydrostone is like a hard plaster and can be finished in a variety of colors.
- Resin is like fiberglass and is available in a limited number of colors.
- Cold cast copper and bonded bronze are metal powders bonded with resin. They can be used outdoors but need some maintenance if subjected to the elements.
- Bronze is extremely durable and available with various patinas. It is suitable for outdoor use with limited maintenance and will last for centuries. For bronze sculptures, Michael typically works with New England Sculpture Service for the casting.
- Cast stone is like concrete and is suitable for outdoor use.
